What my father was looking for when he moved to Birchington was space. Space to live, space to breathe and somewhere that was close to the sea.

The house is a great size for a growing family and with three bathrooms and an extra downstairs cloakroom it would be handy on those busy days when everyone is getting ready for work and school. No more queueing for the shower!

The extension over the garage provides a real haven, with the bedroom, dressing area and en-suite. We used to use it when we came to visit, but it would make a fantastic master suite giving a little bit of personal space away from the children.
