We have spent the last 13 years living here. We chose this home as we loved the space it offered and the standard of the accommodation. Further to that, the location being so tucked away felt safe and quiet. The property was always probably a little too large for us but we realise now more than ever, a downsize is the right thing to do. We have loved living in this home and will be very sad to leave but have no doubt that the new owners will spend many very happy years here. In our opinion, it perfectly suits a family.

Transport links locally are second to none. The M20 motorway is within easy reach as to is Folkestone train station with its fast links to London and there is also a very reliable and far reaching bus service.
