We bought this home 20 years ago now. As soon as we saw it we could see its potential. This was a deal breaker for us as we were looking for a long term home to raise our family in. We have family who live locally here so we knew the area anyway and we loved it. Whitfield is great for anything that you need as the shops are so close by and the local school has an excellent reputation. Since owning the property we have carried a number of improvements none more obvious then the 2 storey extension. This is what we feel is the biggest selling point as the extra space it allows makes this the perfect long term family home.

We love this house, however, we are now looking to down size and let somebody else enjoy this fantastic home.
