We really liked the size and layout of the house despite it needing total renovation at the time. It gave us flexibility as a family group as the children got older. For a large family like ours it provides us all with our own space which is needed. If you have elderly relatives staying or living with you it is perfect.

The house has been completely refurbished from top to bottom to include oak floors which look great in the ground floor rooms. As soon as we saw the garden we fell in love with it. It is a great size and very private. In fact, you will struggle to find anything that compares with it in the locality. It has an old oak tree, as well as fruit trees and we have created an adventure playground for our children, making them the envy of their friends. This is a great location, quiet and yet convenient for Bexley Village, its train station and local schools and Joydens Wood.
