When we bought this home it was amazing just how much we could get for our money. Coming from London our expectations were low but this was such a grand home. Living here really does bring this best of both worlds being quiet but also being right in the centre of town. We enjoy the views and the proximity to Connaught park and we also walk to the seafront most months of the year for gentle strolls and to stay connected to the sea. Park Avenue is perfect for getting to some of Dover's best schools as well as the train station with its fast link to London. The new St. James development is also close by as is the Port and seafront. The garden is perfect for BBQ's in the summer and we had many here.
