It’s also easy to reach Maidstone by train, with services leaving both stations every 15 minutes. For motorists, Snodland is close to both the M2 and M20, providing easy road links to destinations across the South East.

A short history of Snodland

Snodland is mentioned in the Doomsday book of 1086. Despite being a small village, it was significant in both the paper-making industry and the production of lime for building sites across the country. Its population expanded dramatically following the opening of the Medway Valley railway in the mid-19th century, and today around 12,000 people live here.
